Application context
IO, IP and KINN insulators are intended for manufacturers of switchgear, GIS, transformer substations, medium voltage cells and cabinets, utility and generation companies, contractors and large industrial facilities with their own 6–35 kV switchgear. Also used at renewable energy facilities and transport infrastructure with medium voltage switchgear. Voltage class of a specific facility – according to the project and design documentation.

Typical Applications
IO insulators are used as post insulators for busbars of main circuits in KSO and KRU cells, disconnectors and earthing switches, as well as in insulation frames of circuit breakers. IP insulators serve for passing current-carrying parts through partitions and enclosures, including for draw-out elements of KRU cells, and are used as terminals of KRU, KTP and connections to outdoor switchgear.
KINN sets provide visual control of voltage presence in electrical circuits without an additional power source. Indication is provided through a capacitive divider built into the IE or IEp post insulator.

Products

IP
Epoxy bushing insulators IP
Bushing insulators for routing current-carrying parts through partitions and enclosures of electrical equipment, including for withdrawable elements of switchgear cells, connections to outdoor switchgear and power lines.
- Through-hole for current-carrying bus; flange for mounting in the middle section.
- Operating range from 6 to 35 kV; designs for currents up to 3150 A — per catalog.
- Ribbed surface to improve performance under external influences.

KINN
KINN Voltage Indication Kit
Kit of three support insulators with capacitive divider IE/IEp and voltage indicator IN-001 for visual monitoring of voltage presence in 6–10 kV circuits.
- Requires no additional power source; indication threshold — phase voltage 0.8 kV.
- Indicator has three LEDs and connectors for phasing (upon special order — SK-001 device).
- Cable length 2.5 m (other lengths — by agreement).
- Climatic version UKhL 4; protection degree IP20 per GOST 14254.
Voltage class of the kit is determined by the class of the included IE/IEp insulator. Versions — according to catalog and design documentation.
